Summer/Fall 2008:Yoga Classes on Nantucket: Annie teaches a twice-weekly moderate mixed-level class from 8:30 - 9:45 am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes held at The Studio @ Building D, Macy Lane (same parking lot as AK Diamond, furthest end of lot) $15. Note no class on August 13th.
Private Therapeutic Yoga & Personal Nutritionist/Chef services on Nantucket
By appointment May through November 2008.

Every Bite Is Divine Series:

The three-evening series we held in July will be repeated in late September-October. Join us to explore finding peace with weight and eating. Check back, or call Annie for dates and times.
The series will include:

  • self-exploration & intention setting
  • lifestyle manifestation work
  • supportive discussion
  • body-based meditations
  • restorative yoga

$25/session, $60 for series if prepaid

October 15-18, 2008: Natural Health Expo, Boston, MA. A major ho-down for all things organic and for complimentary wellness.

October 25-28, 2008: Food and Nutrition Conference and Exhibition, Chicago, Il. I’ll be on the yoga team again this year, as well as in the Product Marketplace for the annual national nutrition extravaganza.

November 7, 2008: 7:30 - 9:45 pm. Workshop at The Arlington Center, Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA. Check back for details.
